Dayna Harap

Dayna Harap has been in the transportation industry for almost 30 years. She enjoys building solid relationships with customers and vendors to help them learn and grow from one another. She has spent nearly her entire career on the trucking side of the air cargo business in various roles, from operations to sales. She values every company she has worked for, as they have brought her to where she is today.

Dayna believes in teamwork, hard work, and a commitment to learning new things. Dayna actively networks and enjoys her ability to introduce people in the industry to one another so that they may help each other out. She always tries to attend other Air Cargo meetings in different cities whenever she is on the road and traveling for business.

Lisley Davenport

Executive Vice President of Quality Assurance and Domestic Carrier Network for Aeronet Worldwide, Inc., overseeing the company’s network of domestic vendors and ensuring a transparent and mutually beneficial relationship between all parties. She has been Instrumental in the development of the company’s quality system and the establishment and improvement of policies and procedures. She has also led training and development of the company’s proprietary transportation management system are also part of her role. Prior to Aeronet, Lisley started her career in forwarding at Stevens Global where she grew from her customer service position to Executive Assistant to the CEO, developing skills like P&L Analysis, sales budgets and marketing.  Lisley has a Bachelors’ degree in Industrial Chemistry from University of Havana, Cuba. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) and currently volunteers for the AfA Cybersecurity and Technology Committee.

Lisa Perez

Lisa Perez joined Avalon in January 2024 and has recently been promoted to Vice President of Regional Operations for Avalon’s Western Region. In this role, she provides leadership and drives excellence across the region’s support team. With over 25 years of experience in transportation and trucking, Lisa brings a robust background to the role. Her dedication to mentoring and training, coupled with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, has been instrumental to her advancement to senior management.

Lisa is an active member of local trade associations such as the Los Angeles Air Cargo Association, Foreign Trade Association, Pacific Coast Council, Women in Trade, and World Trade Week. She has also contributed her expertise as a panelist for the Los Angeles Air Cargo Association, a panelist the Air Cargo Conference and as a moderator at the NCBFAA Annual Conference.

Bridget Lavely

Bridget Lavely is a highly accomplished Cargo Customer Service Manager at Southwest Airlines with nearly 30 years of experience leading domestic and international operations in key regions including HOU and LAX. Known for driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and outstanding customer service, Bridget has successfully led international cargo launches, built strong partnerships with federal agencies and industry stakeholders, and mentored high-performing teams across the network. A dedicated advocate for women in the logistics and aviation industries, her leadership has earned numerous accolades, including the 2024 HRL Cargo Station of the Year, 2023 and 2021 HOU Mega Cargo Station of the Year, multiple MSY Top Performer awards (2018–2022), and the 2015 Southwest Airlines President’s Award. She was inducted into Who’s Who of America in 2020 in recognition of her professional achievements and leadership in the logistics industry. Bridget is also a graduate of the Southwest Airlines MIT Program, she brings a wealth of knowledge, mentorship, and strategic insight to every role she served—and is proud to represent women leading the future of logistics.

keysha dampeer

Keysha is the Director of Airline Relations for Airspace. A company dedicated to bringing logistics into the 21st century. By creating the most trusted delivery network in the world. Keysha began her career with Southwest Airlines in 1997. She held numerous Leadership/Management roles on multiple platforms before retiring as the National Accounts Manager, overseeing the western region client portfolio, which entails managing sales strategies and partnerships at the corporate levels.
Keysha has a unique understanding of the humanistic intelligence of organizations and how to best position and leverage team members’ strengths to contribute to market and revenue growth. She has successfully led cross-functional teams. Keysha has years of experience executing tactical strategies to meet clients’ needs. In addition, Keysha’s expertise in large-scale logistical project change initiatives makes her an invaluable partner for practical and measurable solutions to unique and complex logistics challenges.

Keysha has served on the Board of the Los Angeles Air Cargo Association since 2020. She was President for the 2023–2025 term and currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the 2025–2027 term. Additionally, she is a member of the National Black MBA Association.

Keysha holds a BS in Human Service and Masters in Business Administration.

Rosa Rivera

Rosa Rivera is the Operations Station Manager for Rock-it Cargo, a role that draws on her 25 years of experience in global logistics and customer service. Known for her hands-on expertise, Rosa is a master of the entire shipping lifecycle—from navigating intricate customs procedures and routing investigations to the precise handling and transfer of cargo. She excels at coordinating with carriers and managing station operations to provide clients with a seamless, end-to-end logistics solution.
