Joe is the owner of Lightning Express Delivery Service established in 2000. Offering hot shots, courier, LTL, and TL in the SWF,JFK and EWR markets. Short and long term warehousing is offered at our 20,000 plus square foot facility in Gardiner, NY Joe is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Trucking Association of New York and past member of the New Paltz Rotary and founder of their Backpack program.
