Helen Paul joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011, where for the past decade she has served clients across the spectrum of the firm’s service lines on both a local and global scale and currently co-leads a multidisciplinary team focusing on solutions for occupiers and investors in the Industrial and Logistics verticals. Helen’s areas of expertise include site selection and location strategy, supply chain, transaction management, lease audits, portfolio management, and occupancy cost reduction strategies. Based at C&W’s Midtown Manhattan office, Helen also spent several years practicing in the firm’s Brooklyn office and is one of the industry’s most active brokers in the Outer Boroughs of New York City. In addition to representing a select handful of institutional landlords, Helen’s client roster includes occupiers in the ecommerce, CPG, manufacturing, 3PL and logistics, food and beverage, electric vehicle, and transportation sectors. Helen is a member of the ULI New York Leadership Team and is a graduate of Trinity College where she played four years of NCAA ice hockey.
