During the presentation I mentioned the requirement to provide a Lithium Battery Test Summary upon request. That requirement started as an international standard and became mandatory in the US as of January 1, 2022 and is a good resource to assist in verifying the legitimacy of lithium battery shipments, but is not required to be provided when offering shipments. Also, one of the topics requested by your group was information about postal shipments, about which I really could not provide detailed information other than that USPS has authority and FAA does coordinate with them wherever possible. Fortunately, IATA conducted a webinar back on April 13, 2022 and has posted the recording along with all of the presentations at:

Vinny Desiderio, Hazardous Materials Program Specialist, U.S. Postal Inspection Service-Security Group was one of the presenters and is the best resource for any information your group might need. His presentation appears on pages 15-35 of the posted presentation. His contact information is included on the last slide.
